Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to a set of theories and techniques aimed at creating machines capable of simulating human intelligence.
Generative AI
Generative AIs are artificial intelligence systems capable of producing original content. They can therefore help us produce texts, images, sounds and music, videos or other types of media in response to specific requests.
They use models trained on very large quantities of data based on neural network architectures.
These systems are divided into two main categories:
- Unimodal : They only accept and create one type of data (for example, generate only text)
- Multimodal : They can process or generate several types of content (for example, receiving an image and describing it with text)
Conversational Agents (Chatbots)
Conversational agents, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini, use AI to interact with users in a natural way.
These advanced chatbots are often multimodal, able not only to dialogue with us, but also to analyze or generate images, code and more.
To achieve this versatility, a chatbot like ChatGPT will combine different specialized models, for example:
- A text generation model (e.g. GPT-4o)
- An image generation model (e.g. DALL-E 3)

Automation with AI use case
Automatic document translation
Thanks to a scenario in Make, it is possible to automatically translate documents. The texts will be translated not by a translation platform, but by an AI assistant (which gives better results…).
The scenario is as follows:
- The scenario is triggered when a new document is placed in a Google Drive directory
- The document is sent to an AI assistant
- The AI assistant extracts the text
- The AI assistant translates the text and sends it back to Make
- The content is put into a PDF file
- The new file is placed in another directory on Google Drive
Generative AI use case
Propozr is a platform generating proposals / commercial offers. It will analyze specifications or RFPs, and use them to generate the chapters of the proposals.

- Text transformation: Summary of specifications and project overview
